When I order something Priority Mail, why doesn't it arrive in 2-3 days?
Orders placed with Ezra Dry Goods are processed as soon as they are received. There may be some delay in processing due to touring, however every attempt will be made to expedite your order as quickly as possible.
Can I get alternative sizes?
You should submit your request to Stella (stella@betterthanezra.com). We would like to offer every size in every shirt, but that is not always the case. Some of our shirts cannot be made in some sizes. Special orders have been done in the past for individuals but this can be pricey and this takes a little longer to get the shirts in from the printers. If there is enough demand we will make a small order of a specific size.
Can I get an autograph for free?
In the past, BTE has given out free autographed pictures when someone sends in an email request to have one. In recent times, demand for these photos has greatly increase and the band can no longer afford to give out free pictures. The band is always more than happy to sign any merchandise you bring/buy at a show. Try to catch them after the show to get your autograph. If you really still want a signed press photo, you can purchase a fan club and get a photo signed by BTE.
What is the return policy on merchandise?
First of all, we apologize if we made a mistake with your order. You can return a t-shirt, hat, or poster within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for a refund/exchange. DVDs and CDs can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they are still in their plastic wrapping. Defective CDs and DVDs will also be accepted for refund or exchange.

1) your contact information
2) the address you would like to have the merchandise reshipped
